Join us for a live performance by PHABIES, featuring special guests TURTLEDOVES! **ABOUT PHABIES:** PHABIES is the creation of multi-disciplinary artist Laura Hobson, representing a unique realm born from her imagination. Their music, which emphasizes lyrics, combines elements of 60's folk with a fusion of pop, alternative, and indie styles. Laura’s vocals, described as both lyrical and literal, shine brightly within the diverse soundscape of Phabies. Their debut album "Fire Seed" received the Critics Choice Album of the Year award at the 2023 WYCE Jammies. Additionally, their music video for "Pink Christmas Tree" earned accolades for Video of the Year, Best Alternative Video, and Best Cinematography at the 2024 Michigan Music Video Awards. In 2025, they launched their second album “The Curse Of Caring,” which gained traction on the NACC Radio 200 Chart during the summer and was honored as Album of the Year at the 2026 WYCE Jammies.
