Claim your artist profile

Performing around QC Live Music? Your shows may already be here — when a venue posts a gig, it lands on the calendar automatically. Claim your artist page to control the rest: your bio, your photo, and your links, all in one place fans already check.

Find your artist page

Not listed yet? The same form lets you create your page and claim it in one step — it searches existing artists first so you never end up with a duplicate.

You'll be asked to sign in or create a free account first, then you'll come right back to the claim form.

How it works

  1. Find yourself. Search for your act by name. If your page already exists — many do, because venue calendars feed this site automatically — claim it instead of creating a copy.
  2. File your claim. Tell us how you're connected to the act. It takes a couple of minutes. If there's truly no page for you, create one and claim it in the same step.
  3. A moderator verifies it. A real person reviews every claim before access is granted — claiming does not give you edit rights on the spot.
  4. You manage it. Once approved, the page is yours: update your bio, photo, and links whenever you like.

Common questions

What does it cost?
Nothing. Artist pages and claims on QC Live Music are free for local artists.
How long does verification take?
A real person looks at every claim, so it's not instant — most are reviewed within a few days. You'll have access to your page once your claim is approved, not before.
What if someone else claims my name?
Claims aren't first-come-first-served. Because a moderator verifies the connection behind every claim, someone else filing for your act doesn't get your page — if there's a dispute, file your own claim and the review sorts out who actually represents the act.
What does “we review claims” actually mean?
A moderator checks that the person filing the claim genuinely represents the act — using the connection you describe and what's publicly verifiable — before any edit access is granted. Nothing about your page changes until that review is done.
Who do I contact with questions?
Use the feedback page — it reaches the people who run QC Live Music.
