Get your venue listed

Put your stage in front of the fans browsing QC Live Music. A listing is free, and your shows appear everywhere fans look — the browse calendar, search, and the map. Once your venue is listed, claim it to manage your own listings.

List my venue — it's free

You'll be asked to sign in or create a free account first, then you'll come right back to the venue form.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your venue. Name, address, and how you're connected to it — it takes a couple of minutes.
  2. A person reviews it. Every submission is checked by a real moderator before anything goes live — nothing is published automatically.
  3. Your venue goes live. Once approved, your page and shows appear in browse, search, and on the QC Live Music map.
  4. Claim it to manage it. Your claim is part of the same submission. Claiming doesn't grant edit access on the spot — a moderator confirms you first, and then you manage your own listings.

Have an events page? Bring the link.

The sign-up form asks for your events page URL — the page where you already post your shows. One link lets us pull your calendar automatically, so you don't have to re-type every show.

Not ready to list the whole venue?

Submit a single event →
One show, one form — it appears on the QC Live Music calendar once a moderator approves it.

Already listed here? Claim your existing page →
If your venue is already on QC Live Music, don't create a second copy — the form searches existing venues first so you can claim yours, and every venue page also has a “Claim this venue” link.

Common questions

What does a listing cost?
Nothing. Listings on QC Live Music are free for local venues.
How long does review take?
A real person looks at every submission, so it's not instant — most are reviewed within a few days. You'll see your page and your claim go live once they're approved.
We already publish our events on our own site — what happens to those?
Keep publishing them there — that's exactly what the events page URL is for. When you share it, we can pull your calendar automatically, and duplicates are filtered so a show never appears twice. Some of your shows may already be on QC Live Music from public sources; once your claim is approved, those listings are yours to manage too.
Who do I contact with questions?
Use the feedback page — it reaches the people who run QC Live Music.
