Join us for "HARD CANDY CHRISTMAS," a heartfelt tribute to Dolly Parton featuring the talented Rhonda Vincent, on a date to be announced. This event aims to raise funds for cancer treatment and research and is part of the Culture Bright Winter Series. Rhonda Vincent, known as the "Queen of Bluegrass," is an eight-time Grammy nominee, having won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album in 2017. With a rich history of collaborations, she has worked with artists like Dolly Parton, Alan Jackson, and Tanya Tucker. In 2020, she was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, honoring her deep friendship with Dolly. Rhonda performed an emotional rendition of “Coat of Many Colors” at a tribute show following Dolly’s passing. The evening will kick off with local artists performing in tribute to Dolly, showcasing their talent while raising funds for cancer research. Tickets are available for $40 in advance or $50 at the door, subject to availability. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the show starts at 6:00 PM. Seating is general admission, with no guaranteed seating, though table reservations are available. This event is open to all ages, but guests under 19 must be accompanied by an adult. Headlining the show is Rhonda Vincent, featuring local artists Charlotte Boyer, Eva Kendall, Chloe Mae, and Angela Meyer, accompanied by the band members Andrew Brock, Perry Hultgren, Rodney Smith, and Kerry Tucker.
