ABOUT KINDRED VALLEY :: The indie folk group Kindred Valley was formed in 2020 when three friends with a love for music crossed paths at Marshall University. Initially called Back Row Baptists, Blake Lacy, Noah Freeman, and Breb McCoy began their musical journey in Huntington, West Virginia, writing and recording their first singles as a trio. In 2021, they expanded their lineup with the addition of Rachael and Jadon Hayes, a husband and wife duo. Their self-titled debut album gained unexpected popularity, leading the band to tour across the Eastern United States. During this journey, Kindred Valley crafted a distinctive sound that reflects the rich experiences of its members. After the release of their EP "What Was Left," the band continued to refine their artistry through songwriting and live performances whenever possible.
